Exquisite red and purple Victorian hat. Trimmed with luxurious ostrich feathers and soft red tulle. Accented with red roses and a tiny purple bird. Dainty hat base in a tear drop shape with attached hair comb. Tulle hangs down approx. 26". One size fits all. Base of hat measures just over 6" across.
