Description
Very elegant Victorian hat. Dainty French hat with a velvet crown in cognac. Black straw hat base trimmed all around with black ostrich feathers and floral lace. Accented with a large black satin bow and a Pheasant - bird. Has an elastic chin strap attached and could also be held in place with a hat pin. One size fits all. Hat measures approx. 12" across.
