Elegant Victorian hat. Straw hat base. Solid purple. Crown of hat in satin, accented with flowers, feathers, and beading. Trimmed around the brim with floral lace. Lace and satin twirling ribbons hang down on one side. Tulle gathered at the back hangs down about 36". One size fits all. Measures approx. 16" across entire hat.
