Description
Very fancy Victorian touring hat in solid purple. Trimmed all over in floral lace. Accented with feathers, flowers, and beading. Tulle gathered at the back hangs down about 36". Lace and satin twirling ribbons hang down on one side. One size fits all. Measures approx. 16" across entire hat.
