Lovely Victorian touring hat. Crown in pink satin, pink ostrich feathers, and pink tulle. Pink straw hat base, trimmed with pink floral lace. Accented with flowers in lavender and purple. The tulle is gathered at the back and hangs down approx. 36". One size fits all. Hat measures approx. 15" across.
