This is lovely touring hat is designed to look like the old ones.The crown is a rich burgandy. The front has an elegant array of burgandy feathers and burgandy flowers with pearl accents. The brim has a layer of 4" black lace all around the hat. Three feet of black tulle cascades down the back. This will complete the perfect outfit.
